A native of Long Beach California, Conklin, who is also retired from the Navy, has been a Master Club fitter for the Faldo Golf Institute for the past 3.5 years. As a Master Club fitter, Conklin's responsibilities include assisting golfers in evaluating their golf clubs, while recommending any necessary adjustments that need to be made. Utilizing the latest technology, Conklin provides the golfer with an analysis of their unique golf swing characteristics, and can build a set of clubs to meet their specifications. Through his analysis, Conklin will determine, type of shafts, Length, Loft, Lie, Grip, Grip Size, and more.
Prior to joining the FGI team, Conklin served in various positions at Roger Dunn - Golf Mart: Jun 2002 - Feb 2003, Apple Tree Custom Golf - Feb 1995 - Aug 2001 and Mira Mar Memorial Golf Course San Diego, CA from May 1994 - Jun 1996.
